Welcome to Alpha Toy Land. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “customer”) and Alpha Toy Land (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Contract
1.1 Eligibility
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your country of residence.
You are at least 18 years old.
1.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase a product. A contract is only formed when we issue an Order Confirmation Email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.
2. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
Where applicable, you may cancel eligible orders within the statutory cooling-off period after receiving goods. Returned items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs and risk are normally borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or otherwise required by law.
3. Price & Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
Prices exclude international customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
3.2 Payment Method
We only accept PayPal.
Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment is received and confirmed via PayPal.
We only ship to PayPal-confirmed addresses.
3.3 Failed or Reversed Payments
If PayPal payment is not received, is reversed, or is disputed within 7 calendar days, the order may be cancelled automatically.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds are issued via PayPal to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds may be delayed if PayPal restrictions, currency conversion issues, or account limitations occur.
4. Pre-Orders & Deposit Pre-Orders
4.1 Release Dates
All release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or distributors.
4.2 Deposit Pre-Orders
Some items require a deposit. Deposits secure allocation but do not guarantee final pricing. Final pricing may be adjusted due to manufacturing cost changes, exchange rates, or international shipping costs.
4.3 Balance Payment
Once the final invoice is issued, payment must be made within 14 calendar days via PayPal. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and loss of allocation.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund via PayPal, unless otherwise stated (e.g., special or limited allocations).
5.2 Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled before arrival at our warehouse unless explicitly marked as non-cancellable.
Deposit refunds (if applicable) are subject to product status and administrative costs where permitted by law.
5.3 After Dispatch
Refunds apply to product value only.
Standard shipping may be refunded where required by law; express or upgraded shipping is non-refundable.
Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5.4 Abuse of Cancellations
Excessive cancellations may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.
5.5 Refund Method
Refunds are issued via PayPal to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Stock Reservation
Stock is reserved for 90 calendar days from the date of payment confirmation or customer notification of arrival. After this period, unclaimed stock may be released or cancelled.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier, and customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Local postal or courier services
- Weather, transport disruption, or force majeure events
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local charges.
8. Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 12 months from issue
- Can be used partially or combined
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers
- Promotional discounts do not apply to voucher purchases
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use your data only for:
- Order processing and fulfilment
- Customer communication
- Optional marketing if consent is given
We do not sell your personal data.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labour disputes
- Customs delays or government restrictions
- Transport or logistics disruptions
- Currency or trade restrictions
- Internet or system failures
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased
This does not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where legally applicable.
12. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between you and TFs Express.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TFs Express is registered in China, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved via customer service negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in China where TFs Express is registered.
